About the Instructor
Martín Salías
@MartinSalias has more than 30 years developing software and leading teams. He has been involved in projects throughout the Americas, Australia and Europe, for organizations as diverse as United Nations or Microsoft Corp.
He is a Coach and Trainer at Kleer, a Latin American organization dedicated to spread new organizational practices to innovate in product and services development, processes and operations.
As a long-time community animal, Martin is co-founder of Agiles.org and the corresponding Latin American conferences. He is vice-president of the Microsoft User Group Argentina, board member of Sociedad Argentina de Informática (SADIO) and has been awarded as a Microsoft MVP for 10 consecutive years.
