You will be able to gain perspective into the historical evolution of Agility and understand it beyond Scrum. You will identify and transmit how this mindset gave rise to different frameworks considered practically complementary today.

2. Empirical Process Control

3. Facilitation Fundamentals

You will know how to facilitate any Scrum events and add some “salt and pepper” to them so that they are not dull or out of control. All Scrum teams will be grateful to you for efficiently facilitating your meetings.

4. Coaching & Training

You will discover the secret behind Coaching, and you will practice it with the highest international standards, which in itself will differentiate you from the rest. You will also practice training techniques, and you will be able to differentiate facilitation, coaching, and training, also learning when to use each one.

5. Developers Coaching

You will learn about the characteristics of high-performance teams, an actionable model for their development, the different stages that these teams usually go through, and how you should act in each of those stages. We will explore other minimum technical excellence practices that you must learn to succeed in your performance as a Scrum Master. For this reason, you will understand how to promote self-management within the Scrum Team and how to coach them to maximize their potential and effectiveness as a team.

6. Product Owner Coaching

You will learn how to support Product Owners in the effective execution of their roles. You will understand how to involve them in Product Backlogs refinement and create a compelling product vision. We will also discuss the implications of the latest modifications to the Scrum Guide regarding Product Goals and Sprint Goals.

You will be able to identify local optimization patterns that prevent an organization from achieving higher levels of agility.

8. Leadership and Personal Development

You will understand the aspects that shape both servant leadership and conflict resolution. You will put into perspective all the topics learned, and you will be able to evaluate your level of expertise in each one of them. I take with me a lot of knowledge. I loved the dynamics of the course, the techniques to assimilate knowledge, and the group/collaborative meetings. A very rewarding experience!

I was looking for a certification course that would allow me not just to earn a certification, but would open the door to a wide range of tools, techniques, knowledge and experiences, that would lead me beyond my comfort zone. The course met my expectations and made me go beyond what I expected...experience is not gained by reading books alone, rather by "rolling up your sleeves," and this is what I was looking for.
Mauricio Rodriguez Cascante
This course allows you to delve into framework topics and provides you with a broader vision of what a Scrum Master should know. All these while being coached by Martin who is an excellent and true expert. Step by Step learning and also learning how to unlearn old biases.
