The story of a product that was not selling
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Agile Manifesto. It was a milestone that became a turning point for an entire industry. Today, twenty years later, I would like to comment on some things about it, but not about the agility and the manifesto (I think that much has already been saying about that) but about a divergent path that Product Management provides. For that, I am going to go back to my first major challenge in Product Management. It began in mid-2003 and lasted until the end of 2006. Yes, a long time ago (it is not worth taking accounts!).
