AI in Product Week 2025
5 intensive sessions to understand how to build products that incorporate artificial intelligence.
AI in Product Week 2025 is your full immersion into the world of Generative Artificial Intelligence. In five one-hour live sessions, you’ll go from the fundamentals of Large Language Models to building autonomous agents. This event is designed to lay a solid foundation, with live demos, hands-on experiments, and use cases that will prepare you to navigate the emerging AI ecosystem with confidence.
It’s not just theory. It’s your starting point to understand, think, and build intelligent digital products.
What will I achieve?
You’ll understand the future of AI: You’ll explore where the industry is heading and how to prepare for the next frontiers in Agentic AI.
You’ll understand how Large Language Models work: You’ll grasp the principles behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including tokens, embeddings, and the differences between training, post-training, and fine-tuning.
You’ll get to know the main tools and platforms: You’ll learn how to use the OpenAI Platform, access the models behind ChatGPT, and understand the basics of when each model is most suitable for different use cases.
You’ll go from basic user to Power User: You’ll learn key parameters for your first API calls and explore no-code alternatives like OpenAI Agent Builder to create automations.
You’ll think like an AI product builder: You’ll learn the full development cycle for native AI products, from ideation to production, and understand the AI Product Stack (frontend, orchestration, LLM layer, data layer).
You’ll learn Context Engineering techniques: You’ll understand how to use techniques like few-shot (in-context learning) and structured outputs to get consistent, high-quality results from LLMs.
You’ll understand what RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is: You’ll learn how vector databases work, when to use RAG vs fine-tuning, and see live demos of RAG systems.
You’ll understand what AI agents are: You’ll learn the difference between assistants and agents, and see how to build orchestration workflows using tools like the OpenAI Assistants API and Agents Builder.
AI in Product Week 2025 is a free 5-session event designed for any professional in the digital product world to understand how Generative Artificial Intelligence impacts their work.
Throughout the week you’ll explore the full AI ecosystem: from fundamentals to advanced techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and agent orchestration. All with a practical focus, using real tools and seeing working examples live.
This space within the Alaimo Labs community is designed for professionals who want to go beyond the basic use of ChatGPT. Whether you're a Product Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, developer, analyst, designer, or team leader, you’ll learn to make better-informed decisions.
Each day includes live demos, hands-on experiments so you can see the magic in action, and real-time Q&A sessions. Recordings will be available for 7 days so you can review the content at your own pace.
AI in Product Week 2025 is more than a webinar: it’s the beginning of your journey into AI Product Management, where you'll connect with hundreds of Spanish-speaking professionals.
Program
You’ll build a solid foundation and demystify AI. Learn how Large Language Models work (tokens, embeddings), the difference between training and post-training, and get to know the 2025 model ecosystem. Includes live demo and your first guided hands-on experiment.
You’ll move from basic user to power user. Discover how to use LLMs to learn about LLMs (meta-learning), take a tour of the OpenAI Platform, master key parameters (temperature, top_p, tokens), take your first steps with APIs, and explore no-code alternatives.
You’ll think like a product builder. Learn the full development cycle (ideation → prototype → validation → production → iteration), understand the AI Product Stack, and analyze real case studies. Gain a framework to build viable AI products.
You’ll make AI work WELL and reliably. Master advanced Prompt Engineering (chain-of-thought, few-shot, structured outputs), understand RAG and vector databases with working demos, learn when to use fine-tuning vs RAG vs prompting, and discover professional techniques for continuous AI evaluation in production.
You’ll understand where the industry is headed. Explore Agentic AI (autonomy, tools, memory), the differences between assistants and agents, and learn how agents are built using OpenAI Agent Kit and Assistants API.
AI Week 2025 is specifically designed for these profiles:
Product Manager / Product Owner
If you lead digital products, you likely already know AI is not optional—and you need your own criteria to make strategic decisions. This week will give you the foundations to stop blindly delegating the 'AI topic' and start confidently leading your product’s AI strategy, understanding architectural trade-offs, technical feasibility, and ROI. You’ll gain credibility with your technical team and accelerate your innovation roadmap with informed decisions.Tech Lead / Engineering Manager
If you lead technical teams building AI products, this experience will give you the foundations to evaluate orchestration frameworks, understand when to use RAG vs fine-tuning, make smart build-vs-buy decisions, and lead better technical conversations on implementation. You’ll discover the AI Product Stack lifecycle, helping you mentor your team on best practices for production-grade AI.Scrum Master / Agile Coach (AI products)
If you facilitate teams building AI products, you know this technology introduces unique dynamics: constant experimentation, non-deterministic outcomes, and different iteration cycles. This program will help you recognize technical impediments related to models and data, facilitate more productive conversations around AI feature prioritization and viable solution discovery. You’ll understand the experimental nature of working with AI, from prompt engineering to model evaluation, making you a facilitator who grasps the technical nuances and can optimize team value flow.Although each role has a unique focus, they all share one common need: understanding how generative AI works to make better product decisions, assess technical feasibility with sound judgment, and lead teams building with this technology. AI in Product Week 2025 gives the entire product team a shared language and solid technical foundations.
If you lead, build, or facilitate digital products, this event is your starting point in AI.
