Upon successful completion of this two-month A-CSM program
You will understand in detail Agility and its different frameworks. We will explore the historical evolution of Scrum and Agile. It is necessary that you have basic knowledge of Scrum when entering the program.
ATTENTION: In order to be certified as A-CSM at the end of the program, it is necessary that 1) have an active Scrum Alliance CSM certification and 2) that you have at least one year of experience working as a Scrum Master in the last five years.
