Intensive live training for product and technology professionals who want to design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automations to production. You will work with no-code tools and a real-world project to apply what you learn starting from the very first week.

The paradigm shift

Agentic AI is changing how products are built. However, most available resources are either geared toward developers or remain at a purely conceptual level.

This program is designed for product and technology professionals who need to make real-world decisions: when an agent makes sense and when it doesn't, how to design architectures that scale, how to measure behavior, and how to operate responsibly.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you will build a functional agent from start to finish. Each week combines applied theory, demonstrations using real-world tools, and hands-on work on your own project.

The program assumes that you already possess a foundational background in making product decisions. Our goal is not to teach AI-driven product management from scratch, but rather to provide a framework for designing, evaluating, and operating agentic systems with depth.

The AAPM does not replace comprehensive training in AI-driven product management. It is specialized training focused specifically on agentic systems: when to use them, how to design them, how to evaluate them, and how to operate them responsibly.

Tools: To develop your agent during the program:

  1. You will need USD 20 in credits on either Claude Console or OpenAI, depending on your preferred platform, to access the models.
  2. You will also need access to n8n, either through a free local installation by following our tutorial, provided your computer has no installation restrictions, or through an n8n web account and n8n Starter plan (USD 24/month.)

Is the Agentic AI Product Manager (AAPM) program right for me?

AAPM is for you if:

You already have a foundation in AI product management or equivalent experience

You want to design AI agents based on use cases.

You need to understand when an agent, an assistant, or an automation is the right approach.

You want to prototype without coding using no-code tools.

You already have a solid enough foundation to work on architecture, memory, RAG, evals, and guardrails.

We recommend starting first with the AI Product Manager (AIPM) program if:

  1. you are taking your first steps in AI-based products;
  2. you need to understand the full lifecycle of an AI-based product;
  3. you want to strengthen your skills in discovery, strategy, validation, metrics, and operations before specializing in agents.

By the end of the program you will be able to:

Distinguish when a problem requires an automation, an assistant, or an AI agent.

Design agentic solutions using frameworks such as ReAct and multi-agent architectures.

Implement memory systems and RAG so your agents can access specific information.

Build a functional agent end to end using no-code tools.

Define evaluation criteria and systematically measure your agents’ behavior.

Implement guardrails, security controls, and cost optimization to operate in production.

Make well-founded product decisions about when and how to incorporate agentic AI.

Curriculum

1

Asynchronous Early Access Kick-Off

Early access to prepare your work environment and get familiar with the platforms we will use during the program.
2

Problem Space and Intelligent Automations

You will understand the differences between traditional and intelligent automations, and between assistants and AI agents. You will start working with n8n and define the real problem your project will address.
3

Solution Space and Agentic Design

You will learn to design agentic solutions: when an agent is the right answer and when it is not. You will explore an agentic framework, and make well-founded decisions about your project’s architecture.
4

Memory and RAG

You will dive into memory systems for agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to connect knowledge bases. You will understand how to make your agent access specific information and maintain context.
5

Building Your First Agent

You will build the first functional version of your agent in n8n, applying what you learned in previous weeks. You will integrate memory, RAG, and tools into a coherent system.
6

Multi-Agent Architectures

You will discover how to design systems where multiple specialized agents collaborate. You will learn orchestration patterns and when it makes sense to scale from one agent to many.
7

Evals

You will learn to measure the quality and behavior of your agents in a practical way. You will define evaluation criteria, build simple test datasets, and establish baselines to iterate based on evidence.
8

Guardrails, Governance, and Costs

You will implement security controls, define operational limits, and optimize API costs. You will prepare your agent to operate responsibly in production.
9

Project Clinic and Closing

A space to share your project in working groups, receive peer feedback, and reflect on your learning. We will close with a group retrospective and key takeaways.

Competencies

Throughout the program you will develop the following competencies

1. Foundations

  • 1.1.Understanding the differences between traditional and intelligent automation, and between AI assistants and agents

  • 1.3.Identify when an agent is the correct answer and when it's not
  • 1.4.Determine whether a problem requires intelligent automation or an AI agent, and to validate that decision with users before building
  • 1.5.Document the problem, solution hypothesis, and validation criteria in a lightweight PRD that enables building, measuring, and evolving the agent iteratively

2. Context Management

  • 2.1.Designing memory and knowledge strategies for AI agents
  • 2.2.Integrating agents with external tools and services
  • 2.3.Build and validate functional AI agent prototypes
