A gateway to modern Product Management

For years, being a Product Manager meant mastering a craft: discovering problems, shaping solutions, delivering value, and delighting users. That is still true. What has changed is how that craft is practiced with AI as part of the way we work.

Today, AI is transforming how product professionals conduct research, prioritize opportunities, prototype ideas, and make decisions. This program helps you build a strong foundation in Product Management while learning to work with AI as your co-pilot throughout every stage of the product lifecycle, using a professional stack that includes Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and a second brain built in Obsidian.

You won't spend your time taking notes. You'll build your own PM Operating System: a set of skills, connectors, and agents that support you throughout the product lifecycle, along with a second brain that captures your knowledge, decisions, and evolving judgment.

By the end of the program, you'll leave with far more than concepts. You'll have worked through a product case from end to end, built a system that automates key aspects of your work as a Product Manager, and developed the confidence to navigate the growing complexity of product development in an era where judgment matters more than knowing which buttons to click.

This program is for you if you're looking to enter, structure, or strengthen your path in modern Product Management and want a practical journey that helps you understand how digital products are managed from end to end, with AI as an integral part of the process.

It is especially valuable for Product Managers, Product Owners, and professionals working close to product who feel the need to strengthen their foundations and modernize the way they work.

Transform the way you manage products: master the craft, master AI, and leave with a system that becomes both your portfolio and your way of working.

Tools: you’ll need a Claude Pro subscription (approximately USD 20 per month) and the Claude Desktop app installed. You’ll also need to install Obsidian and create a free Obsidian account, as well as a free GitHub account. You’ll find the instructions in the Welcome section of the Campus.

After successfully completing this program, you will be able to

Develop Your Product Sense: Navigate with discernment through the four fundamental stages of the product cycle: problem discovery, solution discovery, product delivery, and customer delight.

Innovating through ideation: generating and prioritizing solutions that meet the triple requirement of being desirable, feasible, and viable—validating desirability, even with synthetic users, before investing resources.

Backing decisions with evidence: designing, executing, and interpreting experiments to test product hypotheses, distinguishing between a bet (conviction) and a hypothesis (a falsifiable claim).

Drive Continuous Optimization: Integrate performance metrics and multichannel feedback (synthesized with AI) to maintain product relevance and competitiveness.

Operate and extend your own PM Operating System: Use, customize, and create skills, connectors (MCPs), and sub-agents that automate your product work—exercising your judgment to evaluate and correct what the AI proposes.

Build your Second Brain: Set up a knowledge base in Obsidian that accumulates your learning, product artifacts, and decisions—your work system and your portfolio, all in one.

Curriculum

1

The Product Manager in the Age of AI

You will gain an understanding of the product lifecycle and the new role of the PM as an orchestrator of human judgment and AI. You will set up your tech stack (Cowork, Code, Obsidian), your PM Operating System, and your initialized "second brain," and you will select the specific product case study you will work on throughout the course.
2

Problem Discovery I: The Opportunity Space

You will identify and validate opportunities by aligning user needs with business value. You will learn to use AI to synthesize research and map opportunities, critically auditing its proposals.
3

Problem Discovery II: Continuous Discovery

You will continuously validate problems using interviews, Opportunity Solution Trees, and Jobs To Be Done. You will take your first technical leap: customizing a discovery skill for your domain.
4

Solution Discovery I: Ideation and Value Proposition

You will devise desirable, feasible, and viable solutions; build your value proposition; and pre-validate it with synthetic users. You will learn to distinguish between a bet and a hypothesis.
5

Solution Discovery II: Experiments and Prototypes

You will design and validate experiments, prototype at record speed using Gen AI tools, and integrate real-world data. You will learn the principle that "building ≠ revealing" and how to communicate results.
6

Product Delivery: From insight to plan

You will transform validated opportunities into stories, criteria, and a delivery roadmap. You will reach the pinnacle of the technical journey: you will create your own sub-agent that drafts the backlog—which you then refine with expert judgment.
7

Customer Delight: Metrics and feedback

You will measure the success and health of your product using KPIs and usage metrics, monitor its performance, and synthesize multi-channel feedback with AI to drive evidence-based iterative improvement.
8

Integration and Capstone

You will orchestrate your complete system of agents into an end-to-end workflow, learn how to communicate your product work to various audiences, and present your "second brain"—the full case study and the system you built.

What's Included

A Path of Learning

16 hours of live sessions (8 sessions of 2 hours each), combined with weekly asynchronous activities. 100% applied learning based on a personal product case study.

8 sessions, 4 stages + capstone

The program covers the four fundamental stages—problem discovery, solution discovery, product delivery, and customer delight—and concludes with a capstone project where you present your complete working system.

AI-First Stack and Second Brain

You will work with Claude Cowork and Claude Code, and build your own PM Operating System (skills, MCPs, and sub-agents) as well as your "second brain" in Obsidian—version-controlled with Git and hosted on your GitHub. You will take it with you in fully functional condition, complete with its entire history, and it can serve as your professional portfolio.
