Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Understand Scrum and how to adopt it.
What will you learn?
How Scrum works: the Team from the inside, iterative and incremental development with Sprints, Sprint Backlog, Product Backlog, PBIs, refinement, acceptance criteria, and more.
ScrumMaster's responsibilities and the four disciplines for everyday work to improve your ability to take action.
Agile development's evolutionary planning, relative estimation of PBIs or User Stories, and Ametrics based on results.
You will have received hands-on training and conceptual solidity.
You will have understood the Agile values and principles, the responsibilities of the Team members, and the attributes and practices of self-managing and cross-functional teams.
You will learn personal experiences regarding the fundamental subtleties of the operation of this framework.
You will have understood the motivation behind each artifact and events so that by facilitating meetings and accompanying teams, you will help them identify improvement room for the next Sprint.
You will have a well-above-average level of understanding of the meaning of transparency, inspection, and adaptation, as well as their role in the efficiency of Scrum practice.
You will be able to tell whether or not the Team has a healthy Product Backlog to deliver the maximum value in every Sprint.

Integrative Simulation through Scrum Events
In this last stage, you will participate in a comprehensive exercise.
We will build a digital product where:
- You will establish the Product Goal (Product Goal)
- You will determine the Goal of each Sprint
- You will carry out the planning of the Sprint
