CustomGPTs and Product Discovery

This module demonstrates how to use CustomGPTs to accelerate and deepen the Product Discovery process. Participants will create and use specialized models to conduct user interviews, perform competitive analysis, and validate hypotheses quickly.

AI Projects for Product Backlog Management

Here, participants will explore how ChatGPT and Claude can simplify and optimize Product Backlog management, including the automatic creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, intelligent prioritization, and generation of validation scenarios.
