5 intensive sessions to understand how to build products that incorporate artificial intelligence.

5 hours
En Español
AI in Product Week 2025 is your complete immersion into the world of Generative Artificial Intelligence. In 5 one-hour sessions, you will travel from the fundamentals of Large Language Models to building autonomous agents. This event is designed to build solid foundations, with demos, hands-on experiments, and use cases that prepare you to confidently navigate the emerging AI ecosystem.

It’s not just theory. It’s your starting point to understand, think, and build intelligent digital products.

What is it about?

AI in Product Week 2025 is a 5-session event designed for any digital product professional who wants to understand how Generative Artificial Intelligence impacts their work. You will explore the full AI ecosystem: from fundamentals to advanced techniques such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and agent orchestration. All with a practical approach, using real tools and seeing working examples. It is designed for professionals who want to go beyond basic use of ChatGPT. Whether you are a Product Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, developer, analyst, designer, or team leader, you will learn to make better-informed decisions. Each session includes demos and hands-on experiments so you can see the magic in action.

What will I achieve?

You will understand the future of AI: You will explore where the industry is heading and how to prepare for the next frontiers in Agentic AI.

You will understand how Large Language Models work: You will grasp the principles behind ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including tokens, embeddings, and the difference between training, post-training, and fine-tuning.

You will learn the main tools and platforms: You will learn how to use the OpenAI Platform, access the models behind ChatGPT, and understand the basic principles of when each model is best suited for different use cases.

You will move from basic user to Power User: You will learn key parameters to use in your first API calls and explore no-code alternatives such as OpenAI Agent Builder to create automations.

You will think like an AI product builder: You will learn the full lifecycle of native AI product development, from ideation to production, and understand the AI Product Stack (frontend, orchestration, LLM layer, data layer).

You will learn Context Engineering techniques: You will learn to use techniques such as few-shot (in-context learning) and structured outputs to obtain consistent, high-quality results from LLMs.

You will understand what RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is: You will learn how vector databases work, when to use RAG vs fine-tuning, and see demos of RAG systems.

You will understand what AI agents are: The difference between assistants and agents, and you will see the creation of orchestration workflows using tools such as the OpenAI Assistants API and Agents Builder.

Curriculum

1

Day 1: Generative AI Fundamentals

You will build solid foundations and demystify AI. You will learn how Large Language Models work (tokens, embeddings), the difference between training and post-training, and explore the 2025 model ecosystem.
2

Day 2: Getting Closer to LLMs

You will move from basic user to power user. You will discover how to use LLMs to learn about LLMs (meta-learning), take a tour of the OpenAI Platform, master key parameters (temperature, top_p, tokens), take your first steps with APIs, and explore no-code alternatives.
3

Day 3: AI Products

You will think like a product builder. You will learn the full development lifecycle (ideation → prototype → validation → production → iteration), understand the AI Product Stack, and analyze real case studies. You will gain a framework for building viable AI products.
4

Day 4: AI Engineering in Production

You will make AI work WELL and reliably. You will master advanced Prompt Engineering (chain-of-thought, few-shot, structured outputs), understand RAG and vector databases with working demos, learn when to use fine-tuning vs RAG vs prompting, and discover professional techniques for continuous AI evaluation in production.
5

Day 5: AI Agents and Orchestration

You will understand where the industry is heading. You will explore Agentic AI (autonomy, tools, memory), the differences between assistants and agents, and learn how agents are built using the OpenAI Agent Kit and Assistants API.
